Please fill out this survey and let us know what you thought about the event. All faculty, staff, students, and community members are invited to participate.
At the end of the survey, you will have the opportunity to provide your contact information if you are interested in entering a random drawing for a $50 Amazon gift card. This is totally optional, and all responses will otherwise remain anonymous. The survey is open until 7 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 10. The winner of the drawing will be announced by 5 p.m. on Jan. 11.
