Some background on Wings: Wings is a nonprofit service organization that aims to raise awareness and provide a sustainable change around the issue of menstrual health and hygiene in Baltimore. Our main goals are to increase accessibility of feminine hygiene products, educate the community on topics related to menstrual and sexual health, and improve sustainable literacy and raise environmental awareness. The group is also pushing for a movement that hopes to break the social shame, stigma, and silence surrounding menstruation.
