On the 60th anniversary of the Baltimore Colts' legendary sudden death championship win over the New York Giants—long called "the greatest game ever played"—Michael Olesker discusses his book The Colts' Baltimore: A City and Its Love Affair and looks back at the 1950s with its great football stars, such as John Unitas, Lenny Moore, Gino Marchetti, and Artie Donovan, and the city's great characters, such as Mayor Tommy D'Alesandro, Buddy Deane, Mimi DiPietro, Chuck Thompson, and John Steadman.
Olesker's book will be available for sale and signing by the author.
