Express your stress workshop

In collaboration with the Counseling Center, Art Gives presents the express your stress workshop. Express your stress is a free workshop created to give Hopkins students a chance to relieve stress and engage in self-care. Charlotte Boston, a professional art therapist, will lead students through activities including the zentangle drawing method, a relaxing guided meditation, and free time to experiment with watercolor paint and oil pastels. Students will leave this workshop with ideas on how to use art to relieve stress in their daily lives. Art beginners are welcome.
