Each day from Saturday, Nov. 10, through Tuesday Nov. 13, from 6 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., workers will be replacing the high flat roof at Shriver Hall. A number of parking spaces will be closed beginning at noon on Friday, Nov. 9, and they will reopen no later than 5 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 13. A map noting those spaces in red is on the JH Facilities and Real Estate website .
There will be a crane onsite beginning Saturday, Nov. 10, that will remain in place until Tuesday, Nov. 13, around 5 p.m. The crane will be located on the red brick pavers between Malone Hall and Shriver Hall. The crane location will be fenced. The access road behind Shriver Hall, from Malone Hall to Power Plant, will remain open, but a portion of the sidewalk along the access road will be closed. West entry doors into Shriver Hall will be closed. At least one east entry door into Shriver will be open throughout the project. Flag personnel will direct vehicle and pedestrian traffic during operations. There will be signs indicating closures.
