2019 spring scheduling period for all registered student organization weekly meetings and up to two special events will begin November 5 through November 26, 2018. Any requests submitted before November 5th for spring semester will not be accepted or processed and will need to be resubmitted. Requests submitted during scheduling period will receive scheduling priority over other spring requests. Beginning November 5, please complete the regular on-line scheduling form to schedule an organization's spring events. Please visit the Scheduling & Event's webpage for more information. Please note scheduling a space and registering an event in Hopkins Groups are two separate on-line form submissions through two separate offices. We recommend that students register their event in Hopkins Group and submit their space request with Scheduling & Events simultaneously.
