Do you have bacterial vaginosis multiple times a year? Are you thinking of starting birth control or of getting off your current birth control method? By exploring the microbiome, this study aims to understand the effects of hormonal birth control on the reproductive tract of women with multiple episodes of BV.
To participate, women must be ages 18 to 35 and have had multiple occurrences of BV during the past year. There are five visits during the study, which runs for one year. Compensation for time.
