Odyssey: The Genius of Pablo Picasso

This course focuses on the young prodigy Pablo Picasso studying under the direction of his father and moves to how the artist established a name for himself starting with the Blue Period, then the Rose Period, and Cubism with Georges Braque. Also addressed is Picasso as sculptor and ceramist. The course offers a critical analysis of several works in different media. Presentation is in the form of a PowerPoint presentation, with colored images that invite questions and discussion.
