The poster session will be part of the IDIES Annual Symposium, which brings together experts in big data from across Johns Hopkins University, the government, and industry to share their discoveries, techniques, ideas, and insights. The symposium is from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday, Oct. 19. Poster session participants will provide a one-minute Poster Madness talk, then present their poster at 11:40 a.m.
To participate in the poster session and to attend the symposium, register online by 5 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 16. Space is limited.
This year the IDIES Executive Committee will present a Best Student Poster Award. To be eligible, a poster's first and presenting author must be a student member of IDIES. Students may join IDIES at any time prior to the poster submission deadline, 5 p.m. on Oct. 16.
