Luce Scholars Program: One-year internship in Asia

The Luce Scholarship provides for a yearlong internship in Asia arranged on the basis of each recipient's specific interests, background, qualifications, and experience. The program was designed as a cultural experience for young leaders who have had no prior experience of Asia and who might not otherwise have an opportunity in the normal course of their careers to come to know Asia or their Asian counterparts and contemporaries. The program seeks to broaden their professional perspective and to sharpen their perceptions of Asia, of America, and of themselves.

Open to graduating seniors, alumni, and graduate students under age 30, the Luce Scholars Program's campus deadline is Oct. 3. Contact Dr. Miller at jemiller@jhu.edu in the National Fellowships Program immediately if you are interested in applying.

For more information about the Luce, see the National Fellowships Program page of the Homewood Student Affairs website.
