A boom truck will be lifting heavy equipment onto the cooling tower areas of the North Chiller Plant today, Thursday, June 14. The truck will straddle the walkway leading from the Rec Center patio to the Bloomberg Center for Physics and Astronomy. For safety reasons, the walkway will be shut down all day. Pedestrian traffic will not be able to use the pathway for the majority of the day.
