Group fitness and well-being classes at the Rec

From yoga to Zumba to spinning and high-intensity interval training, the Rec has it all! Classes are offered as early as 7 a.m., during lunch, in the evenings, and on weekends. This is the largest summer schedule ever! All summer class pass holders receive an ULTIMATE pass, which grants unlimited access to all 34 weekly classes, including F45.
