Researchers are seeking healthy participants who are active smokers and are willing to donate tissue samples via cheek swabs. Participants cannot have used or taken a topical or oral anti-inflammatory or antibiotics within the past four weeks. Participants are also asked not to shower 24 hours prior to the study appointment.
