The Center for Immunization Research seeks healthy adults 18-50 years old for a seven-month dengue vaccine study. Participation involves two to three screening visits, one dose of vaccine or placebo, a challenge dose one month after vaccination, and 23 follow-up visits. Most of the visits occur during the first two months.
