On Saturday, May 12, and Sunday, May 13, from 6 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. (each day), a crane will be used to lift materials to the Shriver Hall roof. The crane will be located on red brick pavers between Malone Hall and Shriver Hall. The access road behind Shriver, from Malone to Power Plant and along adjacent sidewalks, will be closed during this date/time. PLEASE NOTE: This is a two-day event. The crane, trucks, and associated equipment and materials will remain overnight on Saturday, May 12, into Sunday, May 13. The access road will remain closed during this time, except for emergency vehicles.
Flag personnel will direct vehicle and pedestrian traffic during crane operations. There will be signs indicating closures. See the Google map on the Facilities and Real Estate website.
