Example of what happens with student survey results

Homewood Student Affairs asks graduating students in the Whiting and Krieger schools to complete the Senior Survey during the spring of even years or the Enrolled Student Survey (all enrolled undergraduates) during the spring of odd years. Among other things, student survey results help decide what programs to offer and how to improve existing programs and services. Flyers may be seen around campus this spring describing how Student Affairs "Hops To It" and please tell us what changes that should be made. Here is one example from the 2016 Senior Survey:

In an open-ended question, one senior said that Hopkins "does not support or encourage the arts or exploration of the amazing city around us." Last year, the Homewood Arts Program started a new pre-orientation program that took incoming freshmen on tours of Baltimore theaters.
