Fall 2018 scheduling period will open Monday, April 16 and run through Monday, June 11. Registered student organizations will have the opportunity to submit requests for two special events and one weekly meeting. Requests submitted during scheduling period will receive scheduling priority over other requests for the fall. Please remember all events/meetings must be registered in Hopkins Groups ten business days prior to the event date.
Any special event or weekly meeting not requested by June 11 during scheduling week must wait until after August 1 to submit any requests. Scheduling period request should be submitted online using by clicking on this link https://studentaffairs.jhu.edu/community-living/scheduling-event-services/specialeventsrequests/. We will not accept fall meetings until April 16, 2018.
