Should you add barre to your fitness routine?

Come find out! Join us for a Hopkins-only introductory barre class at Pure Barre Roland Park. Barre-based classes typically involve a combination of exercises inspired by ballet, yoga, and Pilates using a ballet barre. This class will explain the Pure Barre technique and provide a low-impact, effective workout to tone and lengthen muscles. Arrive by noon, which allows time for changing clothes if necessary. Instruction will start promptly at 12:15 p.m. and last 30 minutes. Please register, space is limited.
