Start voting for the best Idea Lab projects

The Idea Lab has received more than 25 submissions for three challenges that share the theme of Ideas Bridging Divides. The JHU community is encouraged to go to the Idea Lab website and vote for which ideas should be funded.

The president's Ten by Twenty challenge is focused this year on encouraging civil discourse. Winners—some chosen by online vote, others by a committee—will receive up to $20,000 to implement their proposals. In addition, the Idea Lab is hosting proposals for the Diversity Leadership Council's annual Diversity Innovation Grants and the Office of Sustainability's Hopkins Eco-Smart Acorn Grants.

Students, faculty, and staff can sign in to the Idea Lab website with their JHED IDs to vote from March 27 through April 6. More information is available on the Hub.
