Balancing the demands of academic and athletic responsibilities can be challenging. Pressures to perform can lead to emotional and physical distress. Workshop attendees will join peers in the scholar-athlete group and sharpen their abilities to perform at their peaks. Topics of discussion will be mind-body connection, healthy relationships, and coping skills that relieve stress.
