Workshop on managing emotions

The Counseling Center is offering a Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) based workshop series (IMPROVE) that teaches skills for dealing effectively with daily stressors and emotional distress in order to improve overall life satisfaction. This 3-week series, of 90 minute sessions, will aid in reducing stress and distress, while presenting skills and concepts to help attendees find more balance and calm in their daily lives. Students who are feeling pressured and stressed, or are just interested in learning a new skill that can enrich their lives should consider registering for these classes.
