The Counseling Center is offering a Mindful Living workshop series that teaches mindfulness and meditation skills. This 4-week series of 75 minute sessions will aid in reducing stress, while presenting skills and concepts to help attendees find more satisfaction in daily life. Students who are feeling pressured and stressed, or are just interested in learning a new skill that can enrich their lives, should consider attending these classees.
