Workshops to reduce stress

The Counseling Center's Spring 2018 Workshops focus on teaching skills to decrease your stress and improve your wellbeing. Workshops include: Strive to Thrive: learn resiliency skills to help one stop overthinking things so they can live the life they want to live. Mindful Living: focuses on skills to calm and focus one's mind, enabling them to be present in their daily life. Anxiety and Stress Management: learn the causes and skills to manage stress and anxiety so one can chill. IMPROVE Coping Skills for Managing Distress: will help one understand their emotions and how to keep them from taking over one's life. Understanding Procrastination: 15 min. on-line video with concrete suggestions to help one get things done.
