The Counseling Center is offering a Mindful Living workshop series that teaches mindfulness and meditation skills. This 4-week series, of 75 minute sessions, will aid in reducing stress, while presenting skills and concepts to help find more satisfaction in daily life. Students feeling pressured and stressed, or are just interested in learning a new skill that can enrich their life, should consider attending these classes.
