Photography course in Ireland

Students live and work at the Burren College of Art in Ballyvaughan, a quintessential village with a harbor (donkeys included), pubs, tea shops, and numerous trails over mountainsides, pastures, and woodland. Students will learn Photoshop and printing as they work one-on-one with their instructors to develop a photographic series that will be shown in a final exhibition at the Burren College of Art. Lectures on the documentary and fine art traditions in photography inspire student projects. Each student will be lent a Nikon Digital SLR camera. Students of all majors, including graduating seniors, are welcome.

Dates: May 26 to June 23
