Registration extended for School of Nursing's Thriving in an Academic Career workshop

Registration has been extended through May 15 for the third annual Thriving in An Academic Career workshop presented by the School of Nursing's Office of Executive Education.

Starting off in an academic career provides many opportunities but also challenges. The aim of this multidisciplinary workshop is to provide an opportunity to develop strategies and seek opportunities to thrive in an academic career. Join Johns Hopkins School of Nursing for this interactive workshop, May 17-18, to help you in setting career goals, prioritizing opportunities, knowing your strengths, and building resilience. The workshop will be held at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, 615 N. Wolfe Street, Baltimore, MD 21205, in the Anna Baetjer Room, W1030.

Topics include Grant Writing, Creating and Managing Your Brand, and How Leaders Handle Difficult Questions. The complete agenda is online, though it is subject to change.
