This research study seeks volunteers ages 35 to 65 with bipolar I disorder. It will involve two study visits over a period of two weeks consisting of a blood draw, a urine tox screen, psychiatric evaluations, questionnaires, and a scan of your brain called magnetic resonance imaging, or MRI. The title of the study is Oxidative Stress and Mood Disorder Trajectories.
