Registration open for winter wellness classes

The Office of Benefits Services sponsors several wellness programs for benefits-eligible faculty and staff members. Participating in a wellness class can help you reduce stress, increase productivity, and improve health. The Benefits Office subsidizes 50 percent of the cost, giving you a 50 percent discounted rate.

Wellness classes for winter take place on several campuses: At Homewood are Muscle Toning and Conditioning, Cardio Fusion, Zumba, Meditation, and Yoga. At the School of Medicine are Yoga and Zumba. At White Marsh are Yoga and Muscle Toning and Conditioning. Yoga classes will also be held at Candler, Carey, and Keswick, and Meditation is scheduled for Eastern. The classes are open to all skill levels.

Cardio Fusion is an aerobic workout combining kickboxing, hi/lo floor aerobics and some boot camp drills.
