Between Dec. 27 and Jan. 5, workers will perform alterations to the handrails on the south stairs of the Krieger/Ames colonnade. Only one stairway will be affected at a time, beginning with the Ames stairs. Pedestrians will be able to travel at all times from the upper to the lower quads using the stairway that is open.
As this is an outside activity, weather will be a factor in determining the actual schedule.
