Register on the Group Leader Training/Chicago Parent Program website.
The Chicago Parent Program is a 12-session, video- and group-based parenting skills training program that has been shown to improve parenting skills and confidence, and reduce behavior problems in young children 2-5 years old. It provides professionals who serve families with young children with the knowledge, skills, and materials needed to implement the CPP in their agency or practice.
Designed in collaboration with parents of young children and supported by research, the program was created to address the needs of families from culturally and economically diverse backgrounds.
Cost is $800 for registration or $1,500 for registration and the DVD set. Special group rates are available. JHU employees may apply for tuition remission.
For more information about the program, go to the Chicago Parent Program website or call 410-502-3335.
