New scheduling policy

The deadline to register student organization meetings/events in Hopkins Group AND submit space requests with Scheduling & Events will be 10 business days prior to your event. This is an important change with requesting your space at least 10 business days prior to your event. This includes outdoor space requests. In order to adequately prepare and schedule services with various areas on campus, it is necessary for requests to be submitted far enough in advance to have proper staffing and scheduling. Please note registering your event in Hopkins Group and requesting space through Scheduling & Events are two separate on-line submission processes.
