Apply to be a Visitor Center Assistant

The Office of Undergraduate Admissions is seeking current undergraduates available for Academic Year 2017/2018. Visitor Center Assistants work with Undergraduate Admissions at Mason Hall to facilitate the daily operations of the visitor center, including campus visits and Admissions events. Responsibilities include: Welcoming families, checking-in visitors, answering phone calls regarding visits, programs, and the admissions process. Visitor Center Assistants serve as a backup to Admissions volunteers and can be assigned to give tours or interviews when needed. Students will also assist in admissions events throughout the year. The Visitor Center is open from 8:30am-5pm Monday through Friday, with select Saturday shifts available throughout the semester. Scheduling is flexible, but a minimum of 5 hours a week is required.
