Should You Add Barre to Your Fitness Routine?

Come find out! Join us for a free Hopkins-only introductory barre class at Pure Barre Roland Park. Barre-based classes typically involve a combination of exercises inspired by ballet, yoga, and Pilates using a ballet barre. This class will explain the Pure Barre technique and provide a low-impact, effective workout to tone and lengthen muscles. Although the class starts at 12:15 p.m., you should plan to arrive early if you need to change clothes (changing time is included in the date, place, time information below). Instruction lasts 30 minutes. Please register for one of the two dates; space is limited.
