Join Katie Walsh, Live Near Your Work program manager, to learn the ins and outs of this home-buying grant for specific Baltimore City neighborhoods. The What Are the Rules and How to Apply workshop covers the eligibility requirements, steps to apply, homeownership counseling suggestions, an overview of the neighborhoods where you can purchase, and the conditions of the program. Attendees will also receive guidance on how to navigate the home-buying process.
The workshop will be held from noon to 1 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 15, at Keswick.
