Instructors wishing to teach a summer course should enter courses directly into the Office of Summer and Intersession Programs' online course proposal form. The course proposal form is for submission of undergraduate-level courses.
The office asks that you follow your department's policy on summer and Intersession course proposals. Before submitting your proposal, you are asked to consult with the faculty and/or administrators of the department sponsoring your course with regard to procedures. Some departments require approval prior to submitting a course proposal.
If you have previously offered a course that you would like to teach again, you must email Rita Trulinos, rtrulinos@jhu.edu so that she can resurrect the listing from the previous year for your review/edits for summer 2018 (i.e., update faculty information, course description, etc.).
The deadline to propose a course is Dec. 5.
