Manage Your Stress and Improve Relaxation with Tai Chi

Have you done anything for yourself lately? Join staff from Baltimore Tai Chi for a relaxing hour practicing tai chi. Tai chi is a traditional Chinese system of movement, meditation, and self-defense that is practiced throughout the world as a way to reduce stress, and to improve relaxation, health, and fitness. No prior experience is needed. Wear comfortable clothes.
