How would your work change if you were more adaptable in the moment? Come experience a fun, interactive workshop that introduces the basics of improvisational theater through a series of games and exercises. The fundamentals of improv directly relate to many important skills in the workplace such as clear communication, active listening, and adaptability. In both improv and the workplace, supporting and encouraging your team is crucial. This workshop is designed for people who are new to improv. You don't have to be an actor or comedian to participate and enjoy it! Come with an open mind and a positive attitude. This workshop will be facilitated by Eve Carlson, a staff member in the Office of Work, Life and Engagement with experience performing and teaching with the Baltimore Improv Group.
