The Strive to Thrive workshop focuses on resiliency skills to help you stop overthinking things so you can live the life you want to live. You will learn skills to help you better manage your thoughts and emotions and ways to bring your choices and actions in line with your values. Three one-hour workshop sessions held at the Counseling Center.
