The Counseling Center is offering a Mindful Living workshop series that teaches mindfulness and meditation skills. This 4-week series, of 75 minute sessions, will aid in reducing stress, while presenting skills and concepts to help you find more satisfaction in your daily life. If you are feeling pressured and stressed, or are just interested in learning a new skill that can enrich your life, these classes are for you.
