Take a break, relax and center yourself with mindfulness and yoga. This class will combine yoga postures, breathing techniques, as well as mindful and meditation practices to help you decrease stress and anxiety, increase concentration, and improve mental, emotional and physical well-being.
Thursdays, 4:30 p.m. - 5:20 p.m. Mattin Center SDS Room September 7th – December 14th (no class on Oct. 26th or Nov. 23rd)
No special attire or yoga experience necessary. Yoga mats will be provided or bring your own.
