JHU Sheridan Libraries launched a new website in July, and now staff are digging deep to figure out how to make it even better for students, faculty, and staff. If you would like to help, please fill out this form with your availability.
Usability testing will take place in a 30-minute or 55-minute session during which you will be asked to complete some common (and some uncommon) tasks on the website related to searching for books and articles while speaking aloud about what you are doing and why.
Incentives:
30-minute-session participants will receive two free coffee coupons for the Daily Grind
55-minute-session participants will have a choice of $10 gift cards for Amazon, Chipotle, or the Daily Grind
Usability testing findings will be anonymized; no personally identifiable information will be associated with the notes from your session. Sessions will be recorded by note-taking only, without audio or video recordings.
