The Baltimore Station, a rehabilitation center for homeless veterans, provides housing, teaches job skills and living skills, and helps get them off drugs and alcohol so that they can become successful members of society again.
The Black Faculty and Staff Association is having a drive for the Baltimore Station to collect new towels, washcloths, twin bed linens, pillows, blankets, shower shoes, toothpaste, nonalcoholic mouthwash, toothbrushes, combs, hairbrushes, soap, shampoos, deodorant, socks, packaged underwear, and sleepwear. The drive is on now, through Oct. 28.
