In 2014, the Whiting School of Engineering, in partnership with Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory (APL), launched RISE@APL (Research Internships in Science and Engineering), a prestigious summer internship program that provides highly qualified students with the opportunity to conduct paid research at APL.
You can learn more about this program at the RISE@APL Poster and Information session, set for 4 to 6 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 16 in the Glass Pavilion. At the event, you can enjoy posters and presentations by last summer's scholars, as well as talk to them about their experiences working at APL. Additionally, representatives from APL and WSE will be available to answer questions about the application and selection process.
