Students of Color discussion group at the Counseling Center

The point of this group is to offer a safe, confidential space where members can both gain and provide support from other Students of Color. Topics covered in the group will vary based on the members' preferences, but some examples of past topics are: microaggressions, pressure to prove yourself, feeling like you don't fit in, discrimination, family issues, and academic issues. Dr. Leslie Leathers and Brandon Davis, M.A. will facilitate the group, and it will meet weekly at the Counseling Center for 1 hour. Registration is required so please call 410-516-8278 or email lleathe3@jhu.edu or bdavis98@jhu.edu with questions or to join. Day/time TBD based on group members' schedules.
