Food insecurity is defined by the USDA as the state in which "consistent access to adequate food is limited by a lack of money and other resources at times during the year." Unfortunately, it exists at Hopkins, and it needs to be addressed.
A short survey can help the Office of the Dean of Student Life better understand the extent of food insecurity. Please take the time to look at the survey and respond.
