Born in Baltimore Film & Photography Festival celebrates new voices in cinema and photographic arts. Filmmakers and photographers of all ages whose work is of, from, and about Baltimore will be featured.
The festival is a production of Baltimore Youth Film Arts, which offers film and photography workshops to Baltimore youth ages 16 to 29. Baltimore Youth Film Arts is sponsored by the JHU Film and Media Studies Program and is supported by a grant from the Andrew W. Mellon Foundation.
