Want to know what Hopkins is doing to be more eco-smart?

Want to compost and recycle but worry that you or your colleagues aren't getting it quite right? Want to know more about renewable energy on campus? Interested in getting green office–certified? Invite a Sustainability Office staff member to your next staff meeting to share behind-the-scenes sustainable initiatives that are making Hopkins more eco-smart each and every day.

You and your colleagues will learn where waste goes when it leaves campus, how energy is generated and conserved on campus, how to sort your waste between the different JHU trash, recycling, and compost bins, and what's next. We'll address your questions and help your team become experts on sustainability at JHU. The presentation can take anywhere from 20 to 60 minutes.

Contact Olivia Zug (olivia.zug@jhu.edu), outreach and communications coordinator for the Office of Sustainability, to schedule a staff member at one of your summer staff meetings.
