JHU Transportation Services is collecting information about our service, and we need your help! Our aim is to improve your experience, so let us know how we are doing! At the end of the survey, you'll have an opportunity to volunteer to become a mystery rider. We'll ask that once a month you fill out a short questionnaire regarding your most recent shuttle experience, and document problem areas.
