JHU Transportation Services is collecting information about its service and is asking for the Hopkins community to help. Its aim is to improve riders' experience, so feedback is important. If you use the shuttles frequently—or hardly ever—you're asked to take a few minutes and answer 11 short questions about your experiences.
This feedback will be used to make whatever changes are necessary so that you can be more satisfied with your ride.
At the end of the survey, you'll have an opportunity to volunteer to become a mystery rider. Once a month you would be asked to fill out a short questionnaire regarding your most recent shuttle experience, and to document problem areas. If you are interested, you can provide your contact information at the end of the survey.
