The course covers the multiple specialties of physicians, physician assistant, and nurse careers, and professional therapist (physical, occupational, respiratory, radiation), dentist, veterinarian, genetic counselor, medical laboratory scientist, clinical trial professional, clinical social worker, and public health-related careers.
The course dates are June 5 to June 9. Students will interview and network with diverse medical and health professionals, observe professionals while working, gain knowledge about the career preparations and pathways, and develop a personal development plan.
